• Personal Use Only: Generated content is exclusively for your personal download and use
• Auto-Deletion: All generated content will be automatically deleted from our servers within 7 days

🚫 Strictly Prohibited:
• Real Person Restrictions: It is strictly prohibited to use this system for face-swapping or realistic synthesis of real individuals (especially public figures, political figures, or minors) unless the user can prove explicit authorization has been obtained
• Portrait Rights: Do not upload or use photos/videos containing others' portraits or celebrity likenesses for face-swapping purposes
• Legal Rights: It is prohibited to generate or distribute content that infringes on portrait rights, privacy rights, or copyright
• User Liability: Users who violate these rules bear full legal responsibility. The platform reserves the right to delete content, ban accounts, and report violations to regulatory authorities
SWAI is intended for users aged 18 and above. Certain features (VIP Module) contain adult content and require age verification. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be notified through the app. Continued use of SWAI after changes indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
